As I rest my laurels in Germany in the fantastic city of Berlin discussing poverty, social exclusion and the north-south divide with young people, I find some time to reflect on the love-hate relationship that Franco has with his Party. As usual, here in Malta the ferment is at its best when we are taken up by a national issue, even if to me this is (another)storm in a teacup!
